• Roster: Monday to Friday – 10.5 hours with alternating day and afternoon shifts

The Role

As a Spray Painter at WesTrac’s Perth Airport branch, you will:

• Prepare and paint various equipment components and fabricated items.
• Deliver high-quality presentation and finishes to a diverse customer base.
• Engage in abrasive blasting and other preparation techniques.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualifications as a Trade Qualified Spray Painter or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in painting large mining equipment.
• Proficiency in salt preparation is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong dedication to safety and quality standards.
• The ability to work both within a team and independently.
• High Risk Work Licence – DG and FL, or the willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Experience in abrasive blasting is beneficial.
