The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing smoke alarm installations and assessments.
  • Conducting annual tests and assessments between rental tenancies.
  • Working with standalone, battery-powered smoke alarms.

Requirements

  • One year of prior construction experience is required for our VISA applicants.
  • Previous experience as a smoke alarm technician, insulation installer, or similar roles is ideal.
  • Good customer interaction skills with a solid grasp of conversational English.
  • Advanced technology competency, as you’ll be using an iPhone for work.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be in New Zealand for an immediate start and have a New Zealand-based mobile number.
  • Must pass a medical for INZ approval.
  • A current, full (international accepted), clean driver’s license.
